After placing an order from StudentStore.pk we’ll check your delivery address and contact details that you’ve mentioned. After that we’ll confirm the order then you’ll receive an email from StudentStore.pk and Whatsapp with your tracking link.

We can only change/cancel the orders that have not been dispatched for shipping yet.

We’ve 3 options available (Cash on Delivery / Online Payments / Direct Bank Transfer).

For Cash On Delivery (COD)
If you want to select cash on delivery option then you’ve to give the amount to the courier rider before receiving the parcel. You can’t open the parcel untill you’ve paid the COD.

For Online Payments:

We’re using registered and secured thirth-party payment gateway named PayFast

For Direct Bank Transfer: (Recommended)
We've a dedicated bank account for receiving amounts from customer. While placing the order you just need to select bank transfer after that bank details will be visible then after sending amount you just need to whatsapp us at +92 331 2661672 the screenshot and order id. That's it!

If you’ve selected the Online Payment options then we’ll select you for our premium customers list. We’ll facilitate our premium customers by giving extra benafits (discount, service, etc).

If you’ve paid the amount via online payment options but somehow you haven’t received your parcel then you’ll ask for a refund. We’ll investigate your issue then processed the refund amount. This process may take 7-10 working days.

We delivers Nationwide through Courier Companies to all over Pakistan and Delivery Charges will be same for all cities / towns:

Usually we deliver the parcel within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays). But something it takes may longer because of your city or the product that you’ve ordered.
