Return and Exchange Policy
- We will gladly accept the complaints within 7 days after delivery of the order for return or exchange.
- The returns will only be accepted if the complaint form has been filled out.
- We do not accept complaints for return or exchange for minor issues such as misprinting because the books we have are pirated.
- We will gladly accept the returns if you have received a wrong order only if you provide us with the video proof which shows the Order ID.
- We will only accept complaints for damaged parcels if you provide us with the video proof which shows the Order ID.
- If the product received is damaged from the inside after you have opened the parcel, we will accept the complaint with proof and start the refund process.
- Delivery charges are not refundable.

If you’re considering a return or exchange, this step is essential. Remember to include the completed form with your return shipment.
- Wait for Confirmation:
The team will contact you regarding your complaint and upon confirming with you, we will complete the return and exchange process within 7-10 days of receiving your complaint.
For refunds, the process will take between 7-10 working days.
- After Confirmation:
Once the complaint has been received and we have confirmed the issue with the customer, we will process the complaint with the desired solution (agreed upon by the customer) within 7-10 working days.
If the solution requires StudentStore.pk to receive the return from the customer, we will process the complaint within 7 days of receiving the return from the customer.
