ORDER

Yes, you’ll receive invoice of your order on email Or on your parcel’s tracking link after confirmation of your order.

After placing an order from StudentStore.pk we’ll check your delivery address and contact details that you’ve mentioned. After that we’ll confirm the order then you’ll receive an email from StudentStore.pk and SMS with your tracking link.

We can only change/cancel the orders that have not been dispatched for shipping yet.

To make changes / cancel to your order, please reach out to support via Email or  WhatsApp (0331-2661672)

Unfortunately, we don’t have any option to select one product in multiple quantity. We’re trying to update our system asap. Hopefully this feature will available after 2-3 months.

But for now you can’t purchase one product in multiple quantity from the website but if you really want to purchase please reach out to us on our WhatsApp (0331-2661672) we’ll provide this service for you 🙂

SHIPPING

Delivery Charges are totally depends upon your city name. Right now we’ve set the charges like that:

For Karachi: Rs.150/= (Per Order)

For Other Cites: Rs.200/= (Per Order)

Usually we deliver the parcel within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays). But something it takes may longer because of your city or the product that you’ve ordered.

We’re using multiple courier companys as our delivery partners.

PAYMENT

We’ve both options available (Cash on Delivery / Online Payments).

For Cash On Delivery (COD)
If you want to select cash on delivery option then you’ve to give the amount to the courier rider before receiving the parcel. You can’t open the parcel untill you’ve paid the COD.

For Online Payments : (Recommended)

We’re using registered and secured thirth-party payment gateway named PayFast

If you’ve selected the Online Payment options then we’ll select you for our premium customers list. We’ll facilitate our premium customers by giving extra benafits (discount, service, etc).

If you’ve paid the amount via online payment options but somehow you haven’t received your parcel then you’ll ask for a refund. We’ll investigate your issue then processed the refund amount. This process may take 7-10 working days.
